The Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at the General Command of Sharjah Police organized a Digital Services Focus Group session at the Sharjah Classic Cars Museum. The session was attended by a group of strategic partners and customers, with the aim of enhancing the quality of services provided and ensuring customer happiness.
The session was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Mohammed Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, along with department heads, branch managers, a number of specialized officers, leadership partners, and customers.
The session provided an opportunity for partners and customers to share their ideas and feedback on the digital services offered, discuss challenges they may face, and explore the possibility of introducing new ideas and practices that would contribute to the development of smart services.
Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Al Kai affirmed that the objective of holding customer-focused sessions is to reach the best ideas and proposals that can directly contribute to improving services, overcoming potential challenges that customers may face in the future, and identifying appropriate solutions. This approach supports the directions and objectives of Sharjah Police, in line with the strategic goal of the Ministry of Interior to enhance customer satisfaction with the services provided.
